Life equals movement. From the pulsing of cells to the rhythm of breath to the power of physical function and skill, movement is essential to life. We can improve the quality of our lives by developing our awareness and practice of movement.

I’ve been a personal fitness trainer for 24 years and know firsthand the transformative power of exercise, having witnessed the increased strength, flexibility, trimness and wellbeing of my many wonderful clients (see endorsements).

I enjoy customizing sessions to fit the needs of each individual. Whether your goal is to look buff in a bathing suit or simply to feel more energized and experience the many health benefits of exercise, I can help you.

In addition to private sessions, I invite you to team up with a friend or two for buddy sessions, which adds a party-like energy to your workouts. I also offer group sessions which incorporate non-stop interval training and great music.

Currently I'm introducing a unique concept in fitness entertainment: Zing! In this class, you can sing and move to your favorite songs, while increasing your strength, flexibility, endurance and balance through a well-rounded exercise program. Songs will be customized to the group's preferences (show tunes, pop, oldies, etc.). You will also learn basic breath control and how to vocalize from the core.

In addition to my fitness training, I've enjoyed a successful career as a singer/actor. I hope you’ll check out my performance website: www.pampeterson.net.

I look forward to meeting you!

All the best,
